Just below Vitabergsparken you will find Riset 11, our latest property with a unique history in the center of Sweden’s most progressive neighbourhood.
In June 2018, LaTERRE together with partner Stackelberg & Co acquired the property Riset 11 from Stockholm County Council. The current building on the site has a historical value and the first plans go back as far as 1779. Since 1870, Riset 11 housed an educational institution for girls until 1954 when the school closed down. Today the building houses Vita Bergens Youth Center, operated by Magelungen AB.
